About Noreen
Hi, I’m Noreen Rehman-Brown—a Rapid Transformational Therapist®, C-HYP, community health advocate, mom of four incredible boys, and someone who believes deeply in the power of the human spirit to heal, grow, and thrive.
My journey into healing work began long before RTT®. I paid my own way through the University of Maryland, earning a degree in Community Health while working full-time and making the honors list. I’ve always been driven by a desire to serve—to help others feel whole, empowered, and seen.
I spent over two decades in the healthcare world—from hosting health fairs to becoming a top-ranked pharmaceutical sales rep to leading with honesty and empathy in luxury kitchen design. No matter the role, people trusted me because they knew I genuinely cared. Many still reach out years later just to thank me—or to say they wish I was still their guide.

But something kept calling me back to deeper healing. I wanted to do more than offer products or services—I wanted to help people transform their inner world.
That’s what led me to RTT®. I trained under Marisa Peer and fell in love with the power of this method to help people quickly and powerfully shift old patterns, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs—often in just one to three sessions. It felt like coming home.
I’m also the founder of a nonprofit, Kids Give More, which empowers children to give back to their communities. Years earlier, I created an award-winning program for students based on the six dimensions of health (mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, physical, and social)—a program that earned multiple grants and a governor’s citation. I’ve always believed that healing is holistic and that even the smallest person can make a big difference.
I’ve walked through burnout, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, and the chaos of raising four active boys—while building a life rooted in purpose, kindness, and clean living. I believe in the healing power of food, supplements, movement, deep rest, and the quiet voice within. I bring all of this into my RTT® sessions—with heart, integrity, and real tools for real change.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, hormonal shifts, self-worth, burnout, or feel like you’ve “lost yourself” along the way—I’m here to help you come home to who you really are.
You don’t have to do it alone.
And transformation doesn’t have to take forever.
Let’s begin.

The Story Behind My Logo
Why a lemon, flowers, and a butterfly?
When creating my Mindset Wellness Therapy logo, I wanted it to be more than just a design — I wanted it to carry meaning.
The lemon represents freshness, cleansing, and renewal — just like the transformations RTT brings.
The flowers symbolize growth and blossoming into your best self.
The butterfly reflects freedom, transformation, and the beauty that comes from change. As well as a tribute to one of my specialties--fertility. Hence, the wings are blush pink and blue, representing hope, life, and new beginnings.
And then there’s another reason close to my heart… our sweet Cavapoo, Lemon. We brought her home during the tough times of COVID, and she quickly became a source of unconditional love and joy for our family. She’s like a little therapy dog, always by my side — even during RTT sessions. She reminds me every day why I do this work: to help people find comfort, joy, and transformation, even in the most challenging seasons.
So when you see my logo, know that it’s not just a symbol — it’s a story of healing, resilience, fertility, and love.
